Very comfy and big bed, amazing black out curtains. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Lots of amenities. Loved that it had air conditioning.

The staff were really friendly and helpful with tips of places to go and things to do. The hotel is in a great location, has good facilities and was always clean.

The location and M Gallery hospitality was very good. Warm and professional attitude. Based very close to all forms of transportation,shopping and eateries. Their gesture to provide a cake for my husband's birthday morning is well appreciated.

Central area with plenty to sightsee nearby and great access to both tram and train services. Room was perfect and staff super friendly.
